A BIG thank you to our corporate employees who helped hit a home run for the The Salvation Army Milwaukee County #FeedtheKids program! Donations were spilling over the collection barrels. We appreciate and give our gratitude to the Salvation Army for all they do help children in our area. #ProudPartner #DotheMostGood bit.ly/2sqe2lk
Things are moving in Greater Milwaukee. We were blessed with a beautiful, sunny day to bring community awareness to a growing issue.
We at Breath of Courage would like to thank SERVE marketing and Jonah Jahns for all the great work and effort put into the "Don't be Quiet" media event that occurred downtown today!
The local media came to cover the event, as we made a stand in our red shirts and signs!
Great volunteers, professionals and survivors all came together to support community awareness around sexual exploitation/trafficking in Greater Milwaukee.

Hey everyone I want to invite you to some awesome free training. The same training that was used to train the Salvation Army Chaplaincy Program in Milwaukee is being offered for free by K-LOVE radio station. This free crisis response training will be in the Chicago area (Hoffman Estates City Hall) on July 11-14.
The courses offered are Grief Following Trauma, Spiritual and Psychological First Aid, Emotional and Spiritual Care in Disasters, and Understanding Suicide: Effective tools for prevention, intervention and Survivor support. See the links below to register at the KLOVE website. These classes usually fill up quickly so make sure you register early.
We are excited to invite you to be a volunteer at our Serve Your City Event!
For the 6th year in a row, we are holding this event in the Clarke Square neighborhood to unite the community, meet immediate needs of the families, and to connect the community with local resources.
The Clarke Square neighborhood is a critical target area for us because 43% of the people are living below the poverty level and over 29% of the population are students in K-12.
For this event, many organizations are working together to clean up the Clarke Square and Walkers Point community. After the cleanup, we will be providing a FREE block party to over 3,000 residents. They will have the opportunity to have job assistance, free food, games for the kids, clothes, furniture, and much more!
Registration details coming soon!
